Dr. John Berrens, Psychologist
John Berrens, a recently retired School Psychologist and certified School Counselor at the PhD level, brings a wealth of expertise to his field. He holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Oakland University and earned his PhD from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, John pursued further training in counseling at Xavier University and served as an adjunct professor at The College of Mt. St. Joseph. Throughout his career, John primarily worked in counseling departments within middle and junior high schools, where he gained extensive experience in individual and group counseling. Over time, he observed a notable trend: a disproportionately high number of teenagers facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, self-injury, and runaway behaviors originated from divorced, separated, or single-parent families. This observation underscores the significance of understanding the impact of family dynamics on adolescent well-being.

Nicholas Crocitto, Divorce Mediator and Life Coach
The decades that Nicholas has been studying and teaching self-development, mindfulness and meditation show themselves in all he does.
āDuring my own painful divorce I had loving, strong people supporting me. Being present for others during times of difficulty and transition brings real satisfaction - a giving back of what I have so often been given.ā This pointed the way towards becoming a divorce mediator and creating The Reset Divorce Mediation. The completion of his certification at the Center for Mediation and Training in New York City and his internship at the Divorce and Family Mediation Center of Long Island were a natural outgrowth and an evolution of Nicholasā coaching.
